1. Acceptance and Eligibility

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vaclixy ("we," "us," "our," or the "Store") governing your access to and use of the website located at vaclixy.myshopify.com (the "Site") and all services, features, content, and products provided through the Site. By accessing, browsing, or using the Site, or by placing an order with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to limit the quantity of items available for purchase, to refuse or cancel orders, to discontinue products, to modify product offerings, and to change product specifications at any time without liability. All products are subject to availability. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you and offer a full refund or, where possible, a substitute product.

3. Orders and Order Acceptance

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, problems identified by our fraud detection systems, or issues with your billing or shipping information.

After you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment confirming receipt of your order. This acknowledgment does not constitute our acceptance of your order; it is simply confirmation that we have received it. We reserve the right to contact you to verify your order, payment information, or other details before accepting your order. Your order is accepted, and the contract of sale is formed, only when we send you a shipping confirmation email indicating that your order has been dispatched.

Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after acceptance. If we cancel an order after you have already been charged, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. We reserve the right to limit order quantities per person, household, or order, and to reject orders from dealers, resellers, or distributors.

4. Pricing and Sales Tax

All prices displayed on the Site are in United States Dollars (USD) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change at any time without notice; however, changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted by us.

While we strive to ensure that all pricing information is accurate, errors may occur. If we discover a pricing error after you have placed an order, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to confirm your order at the correct price or to cancel it. If we are unable to contact you, or if you do not respond within a reasonable time, the order will be canceled, and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

Applicable state and local sales tax will be calculated and added to your order total at checkout based on the destination shipping address and the applicable tax rates in effect at the time of purchase. You are responsible for the payment of all applicable taxes. 5. Payment

Vaclixy does not store complete payment card information on its servers. You authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of your order, including the purchase price, applicable sales tax, and any other charges. 6. Shipping and Delivery

We ship orders to addresses within the United States. All shipping within the United States is FREE — there are no shipping costs. Orders are processed within one (1) to two (2) business days after acceptance. Once your order has been processed and dispatched, delivery typically occurs within three (3) to five (5) business days, depending on your location and the shipping carrier. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to factors beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

When you place an order, you must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to incorrect, incomplete, or illegible address information provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; additional charges may apply.

Risk of loss and title for all products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Once a package has been delivered to the address you provided and confirmed as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If you have concerns about package theft or security, we recommend using a secure delivery location or arranging for signature confirmation where available.

7. Returns and Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This return window is our voluntary policy; please note that there is no statutory cooling-off period or right of withdrawal for online purchases under US federal law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site and the Content solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, sell, or exploit any Content, in whole or in part, without our express prior written consent.
